• Ebooks — digital files, delivered by download or link after purchase.
• 1:1 business coaching — sessions booked and delivered remotely.
• Innerlings — a wellness app, available separately.

Everything is education and coaching. Nothing here is healthcare, therapy, legal advice or financial advice.

When you buy an ebook you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it, print a copy for yourself, and use the systems in it for your own life and business.

What you can't do:

• Resell it, share the file, or upload it anywhere.
• Republish the text as your own, in whole or in part.
• Use it as course material or team training without a licence — email me, that's usually a yes.

Copyright stays with Focus Flow ADHD.

Ebooks: 14 days, no questions asked. If it wasn't useful, email me and you get your money back. You don't have to explain, and you won't be asked to prove you read it.

Coaching: refunds follow the terms on the coaching page — The Rebuild is refundable pro rata through session three, and Operator is month to month with no minimum term.

• Coaching is about your business systems: money, admin, delivery, calendar, follow-through.
• It is not clinical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medication guidance, and it never will be.
• Sessions can be rescheduled. There's no penalty and no lecture — that's the point.
• Repeated no-shows without contact may mean a session is treated as delivered.
• Either of us can end the engagement. If it isn't working, say so and we stop.
• What you tell me stays between us, except where the law requires otherwise.

Don't do the obvious things: no scraping, no attempts to break the site, no reselling access, no using this material to mislead or harm people.

I'll be straight with you: nobody can promise you a result. What's promised is the work — honest attention, specific advice, and systems built to survive a bad week. Your revenue, your focus and your outcomes depend on things neither of us controls.

Innerlings is a habit and wellness app. It's a tool, not care. It doesn't diagnose anything, doesn't monitor anyone, and isn't a substitute for support from a qualified professional. Use of the app is subject to the terms shown inside the app.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Focus Flow ADHD isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, the books, the app or the coaching. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you paid.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms can change. The date at the top will change with them, and the version in force is the one published when you bought.
