This is the most important page on the site, so it's first in plain language and it's short.

Template — not yet reviewed.

This document is a starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it against your actual data practices and jurisdiction before you launch.

Focus Flow ADHD is an education and coaching business, not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here replaces care from a qualified clinician. If you need clinical support, please speak to a doctor or a mental health professional.

Not a medical provider

I'm a business coach and a writer. I'm not a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, nurse or pharmacist, and I'm not supervised by one. The books, the coaching, Innerlings and everything posted on social are educational material about how to run a week and a business when your brain doesn't cooperate on demand.

No diagnosis or assessment

Nothing here can tell you whether you have ADHD or anything else. If you recognise yourself in this material, that's meaningful — and it's still not a diagnosis. Only a qualified clinician can do that, and it's worth doing properly.

You don't need a diagnosis to use any of this. You also shouldn't use any of this instead of getting one you want.

Nothing about medication

I will not advise you on medication — not what to take, not what to stop, not doses, not timing, not alternatives. That conversation belongs with your prescriber. Never change how you take a prescribed medication because of something you read here.

Not therapy

Coaching looks a bit like therapy from the outside. It isn't. Coaching is forward-facing and practical: what's broken in the business, what gets removed this week, what gets rebuilt. If our work keeps running into something that belongs in therapy, I'll say so directly and suggest you take it to someone qualified.

Not a substitute for clinical care

  • Don't delay seeking care because of anything you read or hear from me.
  • Don't stop treatment that's working because a system here seems like enough.
  • Do tell your clinician what you're trying, if it's relevant. It sometimes is.

No guaranteed results

Nobody can promise you an outcome, and anyone who does is selling you something. What I promise is the work: specific, honest, tested on bad weeks. Results depend on your circumstances, your health, your market and a pile of things neither of us controls.

If you need support

If you're struggling with your mental health, or if you're in crisis, please contact a doctor, a local mental health service, or emergency services in your country. That is not a lesser option than anything on this site — it's a better one, and asking for it isn't a failure of willpower.
