Coaching outcomes

What changes after 12 weeks

Not a promise about your revenue. A description of the work, the order we do it in, and what's different by the end.

The 12-week shape

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Map the leak

We find where hours and money actually go. No advice yet — just an honest picture.

  2. Weeks 3–6

    Rebuild the loudest system

Usually admin or money. We cut steps until what's left survives a bad week.

  3. Weeks 7–10

    Rebuild the second one

Delivery or calendar. Same method, faster, because you already know the moves.

  4. Weeks 11–12

    Make it outlive the coaching

Everything documented, a monthly review you'll actually do, and a plan for the next drift.

Real client changes

Before and after, in the client's own terms. Nothing here is invented — anything not yet verified is labelled.

What I commit to

  • One system at a time

Money, admin, delivery, calendar. We rebuild them in order of what's leaking most, not all at once.

  • Built for the average day

Every system gets stress-tested against a low-capacity week. If it only works when you feel great, it doesn't ship.

  • Written down for you

You don't have to remember any of it. Each rebuild leaves you a document you can hand to someone else.

  • Fewer moving parts

The measure of a good session is what we removed, not what we added.

Tell me the bottleneck

One paragraph is plenty. I read every one and reply with whether coaching is the right call — including when it isn't.
